We recently completed a high-performance epoxy flooring project at the world-renowned Silverstone Circuit in Northamptonshire.


This work was completed for the Escapade Silverstone hotel development of 60 individual Residences and a Club House. These range from 2 - 4 bedrooms and are designed to maximise track views situated on the edge of the Silverstone Circuit.  Within this development are a selection of residences for purchase.


The clients requirements was to blend together two different flooring finishes, a power coated concrete floor alongside a metre wide band of hydroseal in grey. The end goal was to establish a uniform internal garage floor finish in Matt Black.


To achieve this finish the floor was mechanically prepped and repaired before being double coated with Epocoat WD in Matt Black.


This was installed in the 29 trackside residences.

Lime Flooring Work

Pinewood Studios

Our team was busy over the holidays completing our latest project at Pinewood Studios in Slough, the home of British Film and TV. The project involved diamond grinding the pre existing floor allowing a new sealing system to be applied. Henley Gate Ipswich

Our team have recently completed a very interesting project in Ipswich at their brand new Community Facility. This new build project was undertaken for Ipswich Town Council. Using Ardex PCT 4 material, we completed the process, enhancing the surface from 40 grit to 3000 grit with resin bonded diamond tooling. The result is a striking polished concrete finish with exposed aggregates, delighting the client with the outcome.
