Our most recent project for JB Construction, to revitalise their busy warehouse floor, showcasing our expertise in precision and quality commercial flooring solutions.


Our process began with meticulous concrete grinding and thorough vacuuming to prepare the surface.


After applying two coats of primer, we installed 10mm of Webber 4610, allowing it to settle for 24 hours before joint cutting to prevent cracking.


Following another 24-hour period, we polished the slab to a stunning 3000 grit finish, delivering a durable and visually appealing solution that exceeded the client's expectations.


This project exemplifies our teams expertise and craftmanship in commercial flooring solutions.

ARDEX PC-T 4 rapid-drying, cement based compound, polished concrete floors

Henley Gate Ipswich

Our team have recently completed a very interesting project in Ipswich at their brand new Community Facility. This new build project was undertaken for Ipswich Town Council. Using Ardex PCT 4 material, we completed the process, enhancing the surface from 40 grit to 3000 grit with resin bonded diamond tooling. The result is a striking polished concrete finish with exposed aggregates, delighting the client with the outcome.

A retail warehouse for Aldi in Slough, implementing a 10mm thick Weber 4610 overlay treatment. The process began with thorough vacuuming and advanced diamond grinding preparation. After priming with two coats of Weber 4716, we utilized a three-phase pump machine for the Weber 4610 installation. Attention was given to reintroduce joint details across the floor. The project was finalized with a bronze polishing system and stain protection, delivering a durable and easily maintained floor suited for busy environments.

Malvern

A retail warehouse with a newly installed concrete power floated slab. This has been treated with a bronze polishing system whereby the concrete fats on the surface have been systematically refined, densified and stain protected. The end result being an easily maintained floor in a hard working environment.
