Aldi Slough
A retail warehouse for Aldi in Slough, implementing a 10mm thick Weber 4610 overlay treatment. The process began with thorough vacuuming and advanced diamond grinding preparation. After priming with two coats of Weber 4716, we utilized a three-phase pump machine for the Weber 4610 installation.
Attention was given to reintroduce joint details across the floor. The project was finalized with a bronze polishing system and stain protection, delivering a durable and easily maintained floor suited for busy environments.

Our team was busy over the holidays completing our latest project at Pinewood Studios in Slough, the home of British Film and TV. The project involved diamond grinding the pre existing floor allowing a new sealing system to be applied. We recently installed a high-performance epoxy floor at Silverstone Circuit. The floor was prepared using our STR Rotary Machine and then finished with two coats of epocoat WD epoxy resin, providing a durable and long-lasting surface for the intense demands of a racing facility.
Our team have recently completed a very interesting project in Ipswich at their brand new Community Facility. This new build project was undertaken for Ipswich Town Council. Using Ardex PCT 4 material, we completed the process, enhancing the surface from 40 grit to 3000 grit with resin bonded diamond tooling. The result is a striking polished concrete finish with exposed aggregates, delighting the client with the outcome.
